I made these Madeleines yesterday and they turned out so incredibly
delicious! I bought a madeleine baking tray last year and it lay
completely forgotten in a kitchen cupboard until yesterday. I used a
basic french madeleine recipe and just added the lemon zest and juice
and the honey. They turned out so good I took some to my niece’s school
for everyone to taste!
